HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

All our products are shipped from China, your item may take 7 – 25 Business days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

We offer worldwide shipping options – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

How do you ship packages?

Packages will be shipped by mail depending on the weight, size of the product and your destination country.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped, that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

No worries! Contact us right away and we’ll help guide you through the process.

Full Refund if you don’t receive your order

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised.

Full or Partial Refund, if the item is not as described

If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can

A: Return it and get a full refund.

B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

We are not responsible for:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LZ FOOD CONTAINERS (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of  LZ FOOD CONTAINERS
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund or exchange and you must return the item and the item must be unused.

You must contact us first before sending us your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorized you to do so.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
